ABSTRACT
A tailor-made warehouse makes the most of its potential and manages its powers without cost-intensive, unnecessary movements and actions. In the article raised are important issues, which affect the optimum use of the efficiency of interior processes in the distribution center. These include the issue of the location of the loading and unloading ramps, dissipation of traffic in horizontal transport through optimal management of for lift fleet as well as managing a team of staff by delegating warehousemen through internal processes, where there is an urgent need to use more labour than planned. Each issue has been supported by practical examples, illustrating the theory presented earlier in relation to the real situations that may occur in any warehouse, which is also the distribution center. In the end, there is a short summary of the work undertaken in earlier issues.
