ABSTRACT
The article considers the dependence of innovative development of organizational systems on its level of knowledge development. It was determined that only a mature organizational innovation system can provide advanced innovative development. Most organizations today are innovatively unconscious, which is why the system of managing innovative development itself needs to change.
