ABSTRACT
The article is an analysis of the recruitment tools in a chosen budget unit of the City Council that has its own legal status and encompasses a local self-government community consisting of inhabitants of the borough. In the present study, the results of literature research connected with the application process are presented. A description is given of the researched office and its methods used in the selection of employees. The research was done by means of a questionnaire, the use of which allowed to draw specific conclusions.
