ABSTRACT
The aim of the work is to determine what good practices in the teaching process are used by lecturers during remote learning and to what extent their use is related to the level of competences of the teachers. The research was conducted with the use of a questionnaire, separately among students, examining from their point of view employee involvement, employee competences in on-line teaching and the application of good practices. Employees provided answers in terms of their perception of their competences in remote learning and what good practices they applied, and which practices they would recommend in remote learning. The compilation of the results of the questionnaires made it possible to indicate adherence to good practices by the teachers and the students. Additionally, on this basis, the practices that should be developed and at the same time may constitute a starting point for further research have been selected. It is reasonable to prepare a list of good practices to be used in distance learning. It should refer to the activities and behavior of both the instructors and the students. The conducted research made it possible to develop a universal list of good practices, which is at the stage of expert evaluation before its implementation in remote learning.
