ABSTRACT
The aim of the article is a diagnosis of the major risks and barriers to the use of the PPP instrument in Poland. The article includes a literature review, as well as the results of a survey conducted on 120 entities of all sizes operating on the Polish market and 30 entities in public administration. It also contains recommendations for action on the side of businesses and public entities, which should lead to wider than before application of that instrument.
