ABSTRACT
The aim of the study is a regularisation of the knowledge about loans granted with SMS and web pages. The study presents standards that are obligatory to grant a loan with SMS and presents also the largest representatives of this trade and their products, especially the SMS Kredyt Sp. z o.o. company. The paper investigates also the rules of loans granted with the Internet and concentrates on the Net Credit Sp. z o.o. company and its offer.
