Ergonomic design of systems based on workers’ competences

ABSTRACT
The issue of ergonomic design of systems based on knowledge of workers’ competences is introduced in this article. Stages of system design in terms of ergonomic criteria are characterized. Subsequently, an example is presented of an analysis of specific tasks of a process engineer along with his competence profile, which has been included in the design of the ergonomic system.
