ABSTRACT
This research project concerns the improvement of the production process of aluminum column acoustic panels. It is aimed at improving the fluidity of movement of materials. For the analysis of the current nonconformities of the manufacturing process FMEA method and the determination of the value stream was used. The analysis suggested improvement actions manufacturing process column.
