The article gives us an answer to the question, whether the enterprise is dependent upon the labor law? How the law affect ways of recruiting, reading documents and selecting candidates? Recruitment documentation consists of resume and cover letter employee. Those documents are the first indirect contact between employer and employee. The next step is to interview the candidate, and finally establish an employment relationship. In this department labor law regulates many aspects: type of contract, duration and benefits such as salary or termination of employment. Labor law is about managing the company organization, personnel department and also about what is illegal.
