The goal of this work is the analysis and evaluation of the situation of radical age groups on the labor market in Poland. This work is divided into two parts. The first part, which is theoretical, is focused on the analysis of the situation of mentioned above groups on the Polish labor market and demographic prospects for Poland which influence changes on market. In this part all items from bibliography were used. The second part is explorative and was made on the basis of questionnaire amongst both age groups (young and age advanced) and entrepreneurs (potential employers). The analysis of results confirmed assumed situation on the labor market for both, graduates and people in advanced age.
