ABSTRACT
The study presents implementation of marketing automation system in service company. The subject matter is realization of project which leads to change of e-mail marketing system. This system is used in company to send message to unidentified recipients. On the one hand author has paid particular attention to difficulty, that was connected with implementation of new system, but on the other hand author show the causes of delays. In study author pointed out the week points of implementation process and the path that could be much better.
