ABSTRACT
The article concerns the quality control based on the results of analysis of complaint. The study was conducted in a company producing intermediates for home appliances. In view of the extensive database of taking a complaint, conducted an analysis of reported reasons for nonconformities. It has been shown how to conclude on the basis of the collected data and control the quality of production through the use of feedback information.
