ABSTRACT
The article presents the intercultural competences of managers in international organizations, specifically in relation to the dynamic development of the globalization process. The global economy and the internationalization of management set new standards in the development of managerial skills. The ongoing globalization process is one of the most important factors affecting the organizational behaviour of managers in international organizations. First of all, the new dimension of the modern manager is the “global mind”, flexible towards cultural diversity, constantly improving their intercultural competence.
